[Zirconia/지르코니아] Instruction for Use/제품사용설명서


▣ 사용설명서                                    Ver 2.0

사용 전 준비사항

1) 사용 전 제품의 유효기간, 이물질 및 불순물 여부, 변질 등 제품의 이상 상태를 확인한 후 사용한다.

2) 사용하고자 하는 제품과 동일제품인지 확인한다.

3) 제조자는 사용설명서를 숙지한 후 사용방법을 준수한다.

4) Block의 포장을 해체한 다음 사용 용도에 맞게 CAD/CAM 장비 등에 장착하여 사용한다.

5) 기공전문가가 사용하여야 한다.

 

사용방법 및 조작순서

1) 작업에 적당한 두께의 제품을 선택하고, 제시된 제품의 규격 및 조건을 확인한다.

2) 지르코니아 블록을 CAD/CAM 장비에 장착한다.

3) 디자인된 Data를 불러온다.

4) 장비를 작동시켜서 디자인과 동일하게 가공한다.

5) 가공이 끝난 제품 주위의 먼지를 부드러운 붓이나 에어건을 이용하여 제거한다.

6) 가공된 제품을 소결로에 넣고 소성한다.

 

사용 후 보관 및 관리방법

1) 사용 후 남은 block은 직사광선을 피해 실온에 보관하고, 절삭 가공한 도재 완제품은 1회용이므로 재사용하지 않아야 한다.

2) 가공 후 남은 미 사용된 도재 부분은 완전 건조하여 보관한다.

3) 유소아의 손이 닿지 않는 곳에 보관한다.

4) 제품이 파손되지 않도록 포장재에 잘 싸서 보관한다.

 

사용시 주의사항

1. 경고

- 치과 전문가에 의해서만 사용되어져야 한다.

- 본 제품은 일회용 의료기기이므로 절삭 가공하여 완제품의 재사용을 금한다.


2. 의료기기의 특성을 고려한 사용대상 연령, 성별 또는 건강상태 등에 대한 주의사항

- 이갈이 또는 불응성 습관

- 성분 중에 과민반응이 있는 환자에 있어서는 이 제품은 전혀 사용될 수 없거나 담당의사의 정밀검사가 필요하다.


3. 의료기기의 사용결과 발생할 수 있는 이상반응 사용상의 부주의에 따른 치명적인 부작용·사고발생 등에 대한 주의사항

- 교합 조정 후에도 교합 부분의 최소 요구 두께를 만족해야 한다.

- 표면의 홈이나 날카로운 모서리를 제거하거나 부드럽게 마무리해야 한다.


4. 일반적 주의

- 본 제품의 사용 전에 본체의 파손이나 크랙 여부를 확인한다.

- 사용 시 피부나 눈에 접촉되지 않도록 주의한다.


5. 상호작용

- 도재 탈장착시에 CAD/CAM 장비의 절삭공구에 도재가 손상을 입지 않도록 주의한다.

- 절삭공구에 손등이 끼이지 않도록 주의한다.


6. 적용상의 주의

- 치과수복물 제작 이외의 용도로는 사용을 금한다.

Directions for Use

1) Take out the disc from the package and confirm that the blank has no crack

2) Attachment the disc to the milling machine and start on milling

3) After milling, remove the frameworks(full crowns) with use the diamond bur etc

4) Finish with tungsten carbide bur etc

5) Remove the de-dust with air gun

6) Color frame(full crown) with color liquid

7) Dry for 40 minutes(above the 4unit bridge is dry for 1hr)

8) Put the frameworks(full crown) in the sagger tray and start the sintering furnace

9) Remove sintered frameworks(full crown) from furnace at room temperature

10) Adjust the frame on working model for trim use the water cooling air turbine with diamond bur, if needed

11) Confirm the frameworks(full crown) has no crack

12) After polishing use the build-up and glaze


Patients population 

1) General : People who need prosthetic treatment due to tooth loss and caries

2) Gender : No limited

3) Age : All patients excluding newborn babies

4) Weight : No limited

5) Race : Multiple

Patient condition : Patient is not operator: not relevant, unless patient is agitated.


Contraindications

If the patient is hypersensitive to zirconia or any other components, this product must not be used.


Disposal

1) Blocks left after making artificial teeth are disposed of in accordance with the General Industrial Waste Act of the respective country or region.

2) Dispose of incorrect products during the procedure in accordance with the Medical Waste Act of the respective country or region.


Warning

1) The product must not be used on following patients.

· Patient with allergic reaction with components of product

· Patient with bruxism or other abnormal functional activities (patient diagnosed with excessive masticatory function, and patient especially with bruxism and clenching)

2) Precautions related to age, gender and health status of intended users with consideration to characteristics of medical devices.

Product must not be handled by children or elderly.

3) Precautions related to adverse reaction following the use of medical devices and side-effects/accidents following carless handling during the use

· There is very low probability of side-effects from the product when the product is used appropriately. However, this does not theoretically exclude immune system reaction (eg. allergic reaction) or abnormal function of local perception (eg. provocative taste or oral mucosa irritation).

· In case of patient with hypersensitive reaction against the product, product must not be used or only used following detail diagnosis by dentist.

4) General Precautions

· Product must be used by medical specialist or dentist with full compliance with user instruction and precautions.

· Product must not be used for the purpose other than medical purposes

· Product of left over following the use must be kept in room temperature avoiding the direct sunlight.

· Single-use medical device must not be re-used.

5) Interactions

· Product must not be used with metal porcelain or alumina porcelain

· Hydrofluoric acid must not be used when pressed ceramics are removed from framework. The acid will dissolve zirconia and result in weakening of product strength.

· Product must not be contacted or immersed in organic solution.

6) Precautions on Application

Application must be avoided in following situations.

· Insufficient wall thickness

· Direct insertion without polishing or glazing

· Cutting block that used incompatible CAD/CAM system

· Use of stain or veneering material from other manufacturer

· Accessory use of firing paste from other manufacturer

· Use of tungsten carbide cutter

- Do not inhale dust particles during grinding

7) Precautions Related to Prevention of Safety Hazards

· Avoid contact with skin and eye. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and consult with doctor.

· Store product at a place that is out of reach from young children.

· Care must be given with damage during transport or storage in relation to shock, pressure, vibration, distortion, and shear force.

 

Storage and Handling

1) Do not give a shock

2) Keep away from direct sunlight

3) Keep it at normal temperatures: 1°C-30°C
